Join us for a soulful, energising morning as we officially launch our new Northwich location with a very special Vision Board & Dance Workshop, hosted by myself and the beautiful
This workshop is all about clarity, creativity and connection. Taking time to pause, reflect, and intentionally manifest an amazing 2026, before moving your body in a way that feels joyful, freeing and fun.
✨ What to Expect
🖼 Vision Board Session
We’ll begin with a guided vision board experience, helping you set powerful intentions and bring your goals to life.
All vision boards and materials will be provided, but you’re encouraged to bring along anything personal you’d love to add - magazine cut-outs, quotes, photos, affirmations or words that inspire you.
💃 Feel-Good Dance Session
We’ll then move into a relaxed, uplifting dance session in trainers, focusing on:
• Feel-good movement
• Confidence & freedom
• Fun, accessible choreography
• No pressure, just positive energy
This is not about perfection….it’s about how the movement makes you feel.

• All levels welcome (including complete beginners)
• Anyone wanting to start the year with intention, movement and community
