THURSDAY 14th - 1pm ☀️🌊💙

A group for all pregnant and postpartum families. Join us for a gentle stroll along the seafront in Dover. Children of all ages welcome, we just ask adult supervision at all times.

Meeting at 1pm

Don't worry if you don't know anyone, our volunteers Thea and Victoria will be there to chat and welcome you if your joining one of our groups for the first time. 👋🏻
We are a friendly bunch 🤗

All welcome. Pregnant folk, birth partners, supporters and anyone that enjoys a positive birth story.

This month hear Lara tell the story of her two births. The first in hospital and all she learned from that experienced. Followed by a peaceful birth at home of her second child and the difference this experience brought. Come to hear the wisdom this mother gained through her birth experiences.

ONLINE RELAXATION

💛 Open to anyone at any stage of their pregnancy or postnatal journey.

🌊 A gentle space to recharge and take some rest and check in with yourself amongst the business of life; by using the breath, journaling and guided relaxation.

💛 Listen in from the comfort of your sofa or bed - yes you can join in your PJs! If you have babies with you that's also fine as you can stay muted for the session and just listen in.

💙 Pregnancy and birth support with local doulas Thea and Victoria; including access to a library of books and resources and plenty of time to ask questions.
💜 Refreshments provided.

This month Katie and Ollie will be joining us to tell the birth story of their second child. A chance to hear how after a difficult first birth experience they made very different choices and plans to achieve an empowering and positive FBAC on their own terms.
