It’s another very hot day! ☀️🔥🌡

Please make sure you bring plenty of water to classes and as temperatures are so high please feel free to wear a black T-shirt instead of Gi tops to help you keep a bit cooler! 😎

Juniors Beginners and Coloured Belts: 18:00 - 18:50

Just a quick reminder that there are no classes tonight, but classes will resume as on Wednesday 4th May with the Tiffield classes.

All students are welcome for that last bit of practise before the grading! 💪
