As rest is one of the key issues
So by utilizing the myobar on both Quads we got to work on detecting and eliminating micro adhesions to facilitate a better blood flow which will deliver oxygenated blood into the muscles giving the muscles a good pump ( photo R ) with out the client aggravating the knee joint, WIN WIN
