Echoes of the Heart 🩷 is another Hearts and Wings collaboration between Alyscha & Stephanie
This is a day retreat to be held on the 31st of May. To be held at Peace, Heal, Love wellbeing centre PE6 9QF
We will begin with soft landing and relaxed greetings. With the Opening Circle starting at 10 am , this will begin our safe container, give the opportunity to share, & connect & set our intentions for the day ✨️
There will be a movement meditation, guiding us towards a sense of safety within our bodies & peace in our hearts 🌸
From here, we will nourish ourselves with a light lunch (provided) 🍛
Alyscha of roseandwings will lead you into an emotional art workshop, where you will be encouraged, guided, and held on a journey through whatever is coming up for you at the time. Everything is welcome 🎨
During the crafts session, you will be invited, one by one, to relax with Stephanie of Heart Magick as you receive a 15-minute Reiki session with Chakra Balancing 🌀
We will close with Circle with the opportunity to share and integrate the energies of the day. Finishing for 4 pm ✨️
