Bookings are NOW OPEN for our FREE trial sessions at the Glow Up Hub Open Day – Saturday 20th September 💫

✨ Try a taste of our most loved classes (spaces are LIMITED):
🔥 10:15am – Zumba Trial (shake, sweat, smile)
🧘‍♀️ 11:15am – Yoga Flow & Glow Trial (move, stretch, reset)

Today marks the start of a brand new chapter. Excitement, nerves, fear – they’re all here, but that’s what makes it real.

I’ve taken a leap of faith and said yes to something bigger. This space will become a home for movement, stillness, growth, coffee and community – and I can’t wait to share it with you. 💫

We will be based at the Gatehead Mill in Delph. Just next to The Unit Gym ✨️

Tomorrow we start packing up the old Glow Up Hub, ready to collect the keys to our brand-new studio 💛

It feels surreal to be closing one chapter and stepping into the next — a space that’s bigger, brighter, and created to bring even more movement, calm, and connection into our community.

I’m feeling so grateful tonight for every single one of you who has supported, danced, stretched, meditated, and grown with us so far. You are the heartbeat of the Hub — and I cannot wait for you to experience what’s coming next. If you are new to The Glow Up Hub we look forward to welcoming you.
