emotion, pain, fatigue…

However, the way through it is not by pushing or running, but by becoming intimate with it.

This is the automatic doorway to an inner
peace that is silently and patiently waiting
to be realised.

Any projection of past or future is the
source of suffering. One is gone and one
is a story that may never happen.

Drop into this very moment and
recognise that this is all there is.

Put one hand on your chest.

Put the other on your stomach.

Take a slow breath in.

As you breathe out, press your hands gently into your body.

Imagine pulling yourself back toward you, not toward other people.

This tells your nervous system:
“I am here. I am safe. I don’t need to chase connection.”

When people don’t step in to help, it can feel painful.

But sometimes they are showing you something deeper…

…that Life itSelf is quietly taking care of you in ways you may not expect.

Start noticing the helpers who do appear, even in small ways, and let yourself receive their support with trust.

As this becomes clear ~ fear and loneliness can soften.

You may even begin to see that paradoxically those who don’t help are actually, in their own way, helping you…

…to realise that you are always supported ~
by people, by circumstances ~ by Life itSelf.

Support is not always loud or obvious.

Sometimes it comes through an unexpected kindness, through synchronicity…

And through the strength of Love that you discover within YourSelf.
