It’s almost time for the bold statement …

“New Year, New Me”

But before you start saying it again this year there’s probably a reason you’re not seeing the progress you want right now.

It’s not that you don’t want it badly enough or that you have failed,
 It’s because you keep doing the same things and expecting a different result.

You don’t need a new year.
 You don’t need to wait for the “right time”

You don’t need motivation or will power.
 You just need to start small

and start NOW 💜

“I had a realisation that I had started in January so many times”

One Year of Being A DOC Female ✨

Barbara-Anne started with us this time last year - Happy Anniversary B! 🎉

A time where so many women see it as a struggle and a reason to put off making any progress

We get it and so does she.

Barbara-Anne was where so many of you are right now.

Life is getting busier,
 Work is getting more manic,
 And your social calendar is filling up fast.

You find yourself saying “next year will be different.”

But just like B, you never manage to stick it out and find yourself stuck and repeating the same cycle every year.

By January 2025, B had already been part of the team for 7 weeks and LOST 8lbs.

In between that time she had Christmas lunches, party nights and the Christmas holidays all of which could have been a reason for her not to start.

But by starting and breaking that stop–start cycle, Barbara-Anne came into 2025 with a whole different mindset and kicked off a great start to her weight loss.

We are now 1 year into her journey and she is still smashing it.

B is now 2 stone down,
 the fittest and strongest she’s ever been,
 her confidence is improving every week,
 And the best bit …

She no longer re-starts every January.

Barbara-Anne is now in control around this time of year,

She knows when to push forward and when to pull back, allowing her to consistently show up and make real, simple and sustainable weight loss happen.

Sometimes, needing a coach isn’t about the physical transformation.

Our journey with our coach has been so much more than a body transformation it’s been a process of rediscovering us again.

We have realised just how strong we really are, mentally and physically.

The last 18 months have been fu***ng relentless.
 We’ve been through multiple failed IVF transfers and grief,

And through it all, Dan’s impact on us has been immeasurable.

Even while dealing with his own hard, he showed up for us every single day.
 He stood by us, held us accountable, and made us work not just in the gym, but on ourselves.

He’s pushed us to become the fittest and strongest we’ve ever been.
 But more importantly he helped us remember who we are.

A coach offers so much more than just helping you get in shape.

They are the ones that support you,

the one who sees your true potential when you’ve lost sight of it,

and the person who genuinely cares about your well-being above all else 💜

Out of Office NEARLY Activated!

We’ve been a pair of boring fu***rs recently.

There’s been a lot going on and a lot of uncertainty but we’re finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and it’s time to start enjoying ourselves again.

Sometimes we get so caught up in the s**t life throws at you that it’s hard not to let it take over.

Anyway, enough adulting for a bit

the boring era is nearly over.

It’s time to have some fun before life throws the next curveball at us ✌🏻💜

If the new year, new me actually worked you wouldn’t still be stuck

January is 2 months away.

And right now, you’ve got two choices:

You can keep doing what you’ve been doing,
 Stay stuck and head into January feeling the exact same as last year.

OR you can start now and walk into 2026 feeling and looking completely different. 
There are 55 days left in the year.
 You could lose up to 10 pounds in that time.
 You could be feeling fitter, stronger and walking into 2026 feeling more confident and in control.

The women in our programme didn’t wait until the new year to start,

Not because they are different from you,

But because they stopped listening to the same excuses they have told themselves every year.

This is your sign to start now and finally start getting those results you have promised yourself every January 💜

The famous “F**K IT” button was a familiar one for me, especially around this time of year.

I used to think that if I hadn’t made progress by now, then what was the point?

I’d convince myself it was easier to give up and start again in January.

Because let’s be honest, this time of year is tough.

It’s dark, cold, and the social plans start piling up.

The days feel shorter, motivation to train drops and it’s so much harder to keep the routine going.

And then, there’s that frustration when your clothes start feeling tighter.

That was me for years.

Every winter I’d hit the same wall and every January that wall only got bigger.

I thought I was giving myself a break but really I was just making things harder for myself.

Waiting for January never helped me but starting small and focusing on what I could do now did.

Even if it’s just showing up a few times a week, getting some steps in or making one better choice each day it all counts.

So if you’re tempted to hit that button right now

Don’t!

You don’t need to be perfect

You just need to keep going, especially when it feels hardest.

Because the truth is, the “F**K IT” button never gets you closer to where you want to be 💜

“I was done starting every January”

Before joining the team, Ruthy promised herself every January “this time will be different”

And it was, her motivation was high, the plan would be perfect and she would throw herself into it 100%

And the results would come

for a while!

This time of year was the biggest struggle for Ruth and she was where most people are right now,

Busy life, hectic job and her social calendar was filling up fast.

Every year she heard herself saying the same thing

“Now is not the right time,I won’t make any progress”

Last year Ruth made a promise to herself that she was done with starting over and tired of listening to the same “new year, new me” bulls**t.

So she tried something new,

Ruth is now in the best shape she has been in for years,
 She is the fittest and strongest she has ever been,
 She has just completed her 2nd DOC Photoshoot where she went completely out of her comfort zone,

And the best bit
 She no longer restarts every January.

With the right support and guidance Ruth no longer feels out of control at this time of year,
 She is enjoying social occasions and can handle anything that comes her way by adapting and showing up consistently.

Ruth proved you don’t need a fresh start in January to make real progress you just need the right plan and support.
 So are you ready to do the same and make this the year you don’t start over again? 💜

Can’t be arsed?

We used to feel exactly the same at this time of year.
 We get it,

The nights are darker,
 It’s wet and cold,
 And your social calendar is filling up fast.

But that can’t be arsed attitude?
 That’s exactly what kept us stuck for YEARS!

We live in Scotland FFS,
 It’s cold and wet most of the year
 And realistically unless you plan to say no to every social event,
 you’ll always have plans.

Seeing all these things as barriers to getting results is just holding you back we know, because they held us and our clients back too.

The women in our coaching programme who are actually getting results are the ones who either joined around this time of year or kept going when everyone else hit pause.

Don’t let another winter convince you that you can’t make progress

Because let’s be honest winter comes around every year.

But this could be the year you finally stop letting it hold you back
 the year you push through the excuses
 And the year you actually get the results you promise yourself every January 💜
