One thing we will always say is there is no perfect lifestyle when it comes to getting results.

We work with so many different women, all with completely different lives.

Busy mums trying to juggle everyone else before themselves,

The Last Week Of The Second Trimester

27 weeks pregnant, how are we here already? ๐Ÿฅน

The weeks are starting to fly by now,

My body is changing so much now and honestly not every day feels easy.

Some days I feel really good and some days I feel uncomfortable.

But I keep reminding myself that I am not failing, I am growing a human.

And that is pretty incredible.

Right now I am not avoiding the changes that come with pregnancy including the weight gain.

I am trying to appreciate what my body is doing for me during this chapter.

Progress looks very different to me right now and I am all here for it โœจ

10 years ago this picture was taken and honestly, it makes us feel sad.

Not because of how we looked, but because of how we felt.

We were smaller than we are now, but more miserable than weโ€™d ever been.

We thought being skinnier would make us happier.
โ€จInstead, we were exhausted, obsessed with food and stuck in a cycle we couldnโ€™t break.

Monday to Friday we were โ€˜perfectโ€™.

Low calories.โ€จExcessive exercise.โ€จThe just keep going mentality.

Then the weekend came.
Weโ€™d binge on all the foods weโ€™d avoided all week and spend every Sunday night feeling like failures.

Every Monday we said,โ€จโ€˜This week will be different.โ€™

But it never was.

We stayed stuck like that for years until we finally asked for help and hired a coach.

For the first time, someone taught us how to do it properly.
โ€จHow to eat enough.โ€จHow to train without punishing ourselves.โ€จHow to build results we could actually maintain.

And despite what we believed at the time, eating more food consistently was exactly what we needed.

We had more energy.โ€จTraining felt good again.โ€จFood stopped controlling our every thought.

The all or nothing cycle disappeared and for the first time our results actually became sustainable.

That experience is a huge part of why we do what we do today.

Because we never want women to feel as trapped, exhausted and miserable as we did back then.

Weight loss isnโ€™t about eating as little as possible, itโ€™s about finding an approach you can maintain consistently.

When you find that the results stop feeling like a constant fight ๐Ÿ’œ

If youโ€™re new here,

Hi weโ€™re Amie & Siobhan.

We met in the gym nearly 13 years ago and fitness has been a big part of our lives ever since.

But we definitely didnโ€™t have it all figured out back then.

Weโ€™ve done the extreme diets,โ€จThe starting again every Monday,
And that constant cycle of trying to lose fat but never quite keeping it off.

We know what itโ€™s like to feel stuck in that all or nothing headspace and think you just need to try harder.

Before we ever built a business, we actually had to rebuild our own relationship with food, training and fat loss first.

Now we use all of that to help other women do the same.

Lose body fat,โ€จFeel more confident,โ€จAnd finally get out of the start-stop dieting cycle without it taking over their life.

Weโ€™ve build something that actually works in real life and weโ€™re living proof of it.

This Week โœจ

A week off was exactly what was needed and it was so good to spend 4 days with Amie where we completely switched off from work & business ๐Ÿฅฐ

This weekend completed our babyโ€™s nursery and our furniture comes this week too, everything is coming together perfectly ๐Ÿฅน

Looking forward to catching up with our girls this week and getting back to it.

I have approximately 12 weeks left to work before Baby Duffy arrives and Iโ€™m so ready to keep building DOC until then.

My routine looks very different right now compared to what it used to.

Being 25 weeks pregnant and in a completely different chapter of life, Iโ€™ve had to adapt and let go of what I thought things โ€œshouldโ€ look like.

And instead of fighting that, Iโ€™ve actually leant into it.

Itโ€™s made me realise how important it is to be able to adjust your routine as your life changes rather than trying to force yourself into something that no longer fits.

This isnโ€™t how it will be forever because when our baby arrives, everything will shift again and my routine will look different and I am 100% okay with that.

I think a lot of people struggle with this because they try and keep everything the same even though their lives look completely different.

Then when they canโ€™t keep up with it, they feel like theyโ€™ve failed.

But in reality, being open to adapting is what allows you to stay consistent long term.

At the moment, Iโ€™m loving the chapter Iโ€™m in ๐Ÿคโœจ
