✨ Saturday morning magic at the studio ✨
This morning I had the absolute joy of joining Harriet’s 9–10am Strong & Stretch class… and WOW. 🔥

She challenged our edges (hello crow, side crow, wheel, L-sits 😅) while holding the space with such clarity and care. I surprised myself with what my body can do — and that’s the sign of a great teacher.

As a yoga teacher, it’s rare I get to be a student… and I loved every minute. This class is now a firm part of my own practice.

Thank you Harriet — you’re a star 🌟
