Online sessions will run every Wednesday morning from 10 - 11am (free to all).

What to expect?
Gentle movement which will merge yoga and mindfulness techniques allowing a sense of calm and grounding. We will explore a range of breathing techniques and end each session with a guided relaxation from the comfort of your own home.

Non-judgement is the ability to notice our experiences as they happen, and not need to label or judge them as either good or bad, they’re just happening and they will pass. 🌊✨🙏🏼

I’ve spoken a couple of times this week about spinning plates and how life often feels like a juggle of our time, energy & to-do lists!

In the midst of these feeling, it’s my yoga practice that I’m always guided back to. It doesn’t always mean my physical practice; but one that allows me to pause, notice and slow down.

I am reminding myself that slowing down, is a way to run faster and we can be guilty of living life as a human doing, not being!

Hopefully I can see you on the mat for a little time out to breathe ✨

Time out to rest & recharge in one of my favourite places 🌊 🙏🏼

This week has been a reminder of why I fell in love with mindfulness and the benefits it brings to my life.

The sound of the waves as they crash
The sun as it sparkles on the sea
Watching the tide come in and out
Seeing people surf the waves
Gazing up at the birds in the blue sky
Appreciating delicious food
Being mindful of those around me

I always leave a little piece of myself here, but can’t wait to welcome you back onto the mat next week 🫶🏼✨

Pregnancy Yoga must be one of my favourites ✨

I returned to teaching in September last year and since then I’ve been guiding these wonderful women in their pregnancy yoga practice. Some have had their babies, whilst some are coming towards the end of their journey - what a pleasure it’s been. 🙏🏼

I’ve loved seeing them bloom and grow each week and witnessing the special bonds thathave been created along this special journey together.

Pregnancy yoga is a subtle practice; time to connect to your growing baby, relive tension, explore breathing practices and experience relaxation.

The next block starts on Sunday 26th Feb - 10.30am at

A huge thank you if you’ve joined me on the mat this year, I’ve been lucky enough to teach so many wonderful souls since returning from maternity leave and feel extremely grateful to love the job I do. ♥️

Time to slow down, recharge and take a well needed break from social media. I’m looking forward to welcoming you back in the New Year with some new classes.

Remember… your breath is your superpower; a tool that’s always there to guide you✨.

It’s a new week, find something to be truly grateful for, feel your feet on the ground and enjoy taking a few deep breaths whenever possible.⠀

Remind yourself that life naturally ebbs and flows, everything changes and no feeling is permanent. ⠀

Find a balance between doing and being, and try to meet yourself with a little kindness.⠀

I’m looking forward to getting on my mat this week, hope to see you there.

If you are new here, WELCOME🙏🏼🥰

I’m Kat, I teach yoga and also have a huge passion for mindfulness; hence training to become a teacher in both.

I experienced first hand the impact these practices had on my own well-being, particularly on my mental health and wanted to share these wonderful benefits with others.

Yoga & mindfulness:
💪🏽 Make me feel strong
🐌 Slow down my mind
⚓️ Allow me to live in the present moment
🙏🏼 Help me to breathe better
💭 Show me that I can be at ease with my thoughts, rather than becoming overwhelmed by them
👁Help me to notice, appreciate and be grateful for life’s little moments

They’re called practices because they require us to keep showing up for ourselves, however, the benefits are so worth the investment.
