💡 Improve lighting – Bright, even lighting helps reduce the risk of falls and makes nighttime movement easier.

We’re Hiring in Derby – Join the Gain Care Team
Gain Care is currently recruiting caring and committed individuals to join our Dom Care team in Derby.

If you’re aged 18 or over and looking for a rewarding role where you can genuinely make a difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.

Who we’re looking for:

Aged 18+

Ideally experienced in care (however, a willingness to learn is just as important)

Drivers or individuals with reliable public transport

Local to Derby

Empathic, reliable, and trustworthy

Eager to develop and grow within the role

About the role:
You’ll be supporting people in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. This is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to positively impact your local community every day.
