Compassionate Voices will be running a ‘This is me’ journaling workshop on Tuesday 12 August at Blast, Carter Lane, Shirebrook. It’s free and includes a pizza lunch.

The workshop is aimed at girls aged 10-15 to explore topics like self-love, overcoming fears, body positivity, online safety and future aspirations using journalling exercises.

The “Relaxed Club” session takes place in Pinxton on Monday afternoons from 3.30 - 4.30pm. This is a space where young people can connect and unwind with extra support from youth workers. They provide quiet, mindful activities and a space to talk.
