🗂CASE WORK🗂
Here’s an example of a real case of support with a young person experiencing ASB.
The young person has been supported by Sophie since August 2025 with on going anti social behaviour from a neighbour. The impact of this has left the young person feeling trapped in their home, checking CCTV constantly and feeling anxious.
Mental health support has been put in place and they have learnt new coping skills like distraction techniques and deep breathing.
To help the young person feel more confident and resilient, Sophie is helping them to see their potential in the wider community. The aim is to help the young person feel empowered to seek new challenges that get them out of the house and away from cause of stress.
We have begun the New Year with the following activity:
Goal setting: what are your goals for 2026? What do you hope to achieve? Where do you want to go? Who with?
How?: how are you going to achieve those goals? How are you going to make it happen?
Barriers: what are the potential barriers to achieving those goals?
How?: how can you overcome those challenges? Who can help you?
We’re excited to see how this young person blossoms into the Spring 🌸
