Why? Lots of reasons .. Pregnancy, reduced mobility, size and shape of the person, ie: ladies with large chests, guys with a “power belly” shall we call it .. 😊
Let’s face it, not everyone is comfortable laying down. What ever your reason it’s all good.
I can still get into those muscles just as affectively in this position and it’s helps so many people I just thought it was worth a mention!
