Hypnotherapy has such a variety of scripts to support people with different hurdles, only this week I was reminded of a session where a friendship issue was the hurdle and making a choice whether to walk away or try and resolve.... the result and impact of the session in supporting the client was truly heart warming.

Good morning, all, what a lovely morning with a sligh breeze.

I find after a busy morning (cleaning the pond filters, and bringing the pond iris' back under control), a relaxing read in the garden with my all time favirout auther Maggie Hartley, whilst enjoying the much needed sun!

Later I will use my pre-recorded script to enhance my ralxation further.

Good morning, all,

Are you or someone you know needing a little help?

Having had personal experiance of hypnosis during my daughters hypnotherapy session, I wanted to be able to offer others the feeling.

Its such a difficult experiance to explain and it can be different for everyone, but for me the word "Wow" in a positive way, was my word when I came back to the room.

Its also the word used by my clients after their initial session.

To clarify session scripts are recorded either by the client or by me amd then shared with the client via WhatsApp, this allows the clients to resue their script as and when they need too, and is only for personal use.

If you are interested please do touch base with me, we will have an initial consultation prior to sessions being agreed,; this ensures the you/ the client is able to have hypnosis and hasn't got any medical reason why they can not have hypnosis and to ensure their mind is open to it.

To give you an idea on health/ life style conditions which would mean you were not be able to sign up, these are:

1. Anyone who is pregnant
2. People with Epilepsy
3. People diagnosed with a mental health condition including High Anxiety,, Depression and Personality Disorders
4. People under the influence of, or currently dependent on recreational drugs or who are alcoholics
5. People with heart conditions or high blood pressure
6. Anyone fighting cancer
7. People currently taking psychotropic medication (drugs affecting your mental state)
8. People who are elderly or frail (over 75 years of age)
9. Have sleep apnea

Please also know that 1:1 (unless a child and parent/ career has to be present), sessions and courses can also be booked for an array of habits, confidence, low anxiety, stress, anger management and many many more issues affecting daily life.

Good morning, all, and welcome to my new followers.

I just wanted to wish all those now doing mock exams the very best, do remember these grades do not define you, they are to show your teachers the gaps in your learning, so they can support you in preparation for the exams to come.

Teens can find this to be a difficult time due to the pressures placed up on them, and this is where hypnotherapy can help. Not only help to relax them but to open their minds and help with recall, reduce anxiety, build confidence.

If your child is struggling, please text me and I willl get back to you.

Also, please share my posts so we reach anyone struggling, or parent with a teen struggling.

Since qualifing I have worked full time alongside offering hypnotherapy sessions; sessions run once a week for between 4- 6 weeks.

Good morning, all,

Parent mental health, what does it meam to you? Are you a parent? What do you do to help yourself? Do you do anything? Or take each day as it comes? Do you have daily battles, which never seem to stop?

Well if you have mentioned yes to any of these questions, I ask you to take five minutes now and question whether hypnosis could help?

Hypnosis can support the brain to bring calmness, as long as your open to hypnosis; we would check in an initial session following a consultation, to ensure you are able to have therapy before we do anything else.
