On Saturday morning l complete my first Mindfulness for Children course Connects Physio & Pilates & it was beyond beautiful βœ¨πŸ’•

Over 16 lessons the children repeatedly showed up and invested so much effort and commitment into their practice.. πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸ€πŸ§˜

Each lesson has an individual topic for example ..
✨ Appreciating others
✨ Willpower
✨ Being Grateful
✨ Beginners Mind
✨ Being a good Friend
✨ Learning Resilience
✨ Mindsight

Witnessing the children move through the first few lessons with little confused faces when l spoke to being able to sit in a strong posture & meditate up to 12 minutes was incredibly inspiring .. πŸ™πŸ’«

After teaching this evening l popped over to M&S to do a little food shop & as l was lifting this beautiful food off the shelf l had such a strong thought β€œwe are so lucky to have immediate access to such delicious food” & in that second had thee strongest feeling of gratitude move from my chest up to my face πŸ’—πŸ˜Š

Life can change in the blink of an eye but having an established gratitude practice can provide the following benefits -

🌸 improves our relationships
