Our Féile One Big Outdoor Yoga 🧘‍♀️🧘🧘‍♂️
A wee reminder to come and join us for One Big Outdoor Yoga on Tuesday 12th at 6pm. We are assembling at Holy Child Primary School. whether you are a beginner or a yogi master come and enjoy the session hopefully to be held outdoors.
Fingers crossed for a nice evening! 🤗🌞
Where possible please bring a mat. Some mats will be available and will be given out on a first come, first served basis. All Welcome.

Working in the health sector for 40 years now… a man
over 60 years, as an Osteopath, Manipulative Therapist, athlete, musician, father and grandfather. The accumulation of 40 years professional practice, in almost every sport at world class level… what have I learned? Covering every musculoskeletal condition, what do I recommend, not only to them but to myself, keeping on top of my own physical issue as we all have them.
Having been blessed to be on the earth this long, most of my aging clients complaints and conditions seem to be less muscular but more neuromuscular, chronic issues, ongoing stiffness and limited mobility – myself included. So to redeem myself, I have devised these techniques, which are working for me (proof of the pudding). These are simple but profound more intrinsic based techniques, tendon – ligament, fascia/connective tissue movement. “Core”
Fibrosity
Relief of congestions in peripheral joints i.e. wrists/hands/feet/ankles/shoulders and pelvis (TM)
Diaphragm/Occipital Muscle and rotatores of the spine multifacitive … techniques to be used at home, at work or in the car.
