So much to see at ACE! Catching up with some developments within the aesthetics industry. I’m also really looking forward to seeing some live demonstrations with new techniques and products.

More like, did you see your one? Or what on earth.

I can’t help but feel sorry for she really needs her aesthetic injector to be professional and say no!

No, it’s too much.
No, you don’t need any more.
No, it won’t make you look better.

Facial rejuvenation is a fine line between what is suitably enhancing, rejuvenating and beautiful; and what is too much, looks a bit weird and is dare I say ugly.

I am very proud to be a professional that is not afraid to say no.

In fact this past month I have said no to three beautiful ladies. I could have easily said yes and given the ladies more filler or Botox like they had asked, but it would have been the wrong thing to do.

I am happy to have integrity, and a aesthetic eye for what is truly beautiful or beautifying.

Helena felt she had lost her spark. She avoided looking in the mirror as she didn’t like her reflection.

I was so grateful to be asked to demonstrate some of my skills at yesterday’s showcase. Here are some photos of one of my beautiful models.
She wanted a little bit of plumping but really wanted a natural look. No duck lip or no shelf. Using both needle and a cannula and Kysse.

A lot of people hear the mention of lip fillers and they cringe, automatically thinking of the horrible fake looking duck lips that are all too common.

But lip fillers don’t need to be fake looking. In fact if that’s what you’re looking for, I’m afraid I’m not your girl.

I prefer to use dermal fillers in lips to harmonise, to create balance like in this case. I carefully assess and treat accordingly. I choose the product based on your concerns and goals. I use that technique and method of delivery best suited to meet those goals. We use numbing cream to make more comfortable or can numb completely with dental blocks if you so desire.
It’s certainly not a one size one product one method that suits all.
Lip filler are not always fake.
Lips should not be hard, and rigid. Your lips should move in harmony with your face, not independently to your face.
If you saw the photo of this beautiful lady after treatment you wouldn’t automatically assume she had lip fillers- that’s my style. Subtle differences to restore and enhance natural beauty.

So here we have a fine looking lady. 51 years young. Not a wrinkle in sight.

But there ends the truth in my opinion.

Because apparently this lady has never had Botox or any injectable facial treatment.

I don’t know why she’s decided to say this, maybe she has some skincare to sell....

Some beautiful rejuvenated lips.

Would you believe this was immediately after treatment?
No duck lips, no shelf, just perfectly plumped natural enhancement.

Looking fresh after some treatments for tired looking eyes.
My beautiful client was feeling a little tired and wanted to look more refreshed. We created this transformation with a combination of botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid filler to the cheeks and sunekos to the under eye area. Sunekos is a patented cocktail of hyaluronic acid and amino acids to feed the body’s own collagen forming cells.
