Ok so the £59 (£2.46) was for 24 packs but you only need 5… And that’s what they cost of you go to a pharmacist!

And if you try and buy them on ebay they are still ridiculously expensive for 4-5!

The non-plantbased is £22 for 12 (£1.83) already much cheaper…

And yes it appears you can have clear green grape juice.

VEGAN 🌱 COLONOSCOPY DIET

DRINKS
• Coconut Water (highly recommend you drink plenary if this )
• Water (and this of course)
• Tea/Coffee with a DASH of plant-based milk (the lady on the phone consult said no soy 🤷🏻‍♀️ but in the slip & online it’s fine - don’t see why almond would be ok & not soy)
• Clear apple juice
Like Presses: I also looked up Elderflower & it was fine

BREAKFAST
• Cornflakes
• Rice crispies
• Toast with butter & CLEAR (not red) jam ie: Orange/Lemon/Lime Marmalade without the rind

MORIING TEA - PLAIN
• Biscuits/Crackers (not wholemeal)
Like: Rick Tea
• Scones
• Spongue Cake (they do not say if you can add vanilla/lemon)

LUNCH/DINNER - WELL COOKED…
• White PASTA
• White RICE (incl. White Rice Noodles)
• POTATO (no skin)

FATS
• 🌱 Butter
• 🌱 Cheese
• Olive oil

SEASONINGS
• Salt & Pepper (found it interesting that pepper is allowed)
• Soy Sauce
• Clear Broth/Stocks - Bouillion

CLEAR SOUP - Unspecified but I boiled veg on a pot with stock & sifted out the solids

• Silken/Firm TOFU

• Maple Syrup

They leave out cane sugar but it’s presumed (disolved)

• Have tried a few differnt brands and although it has rapeseed oil this one is my fav
• The curls are smaller than most and cover in thick peanut butter seasoning that stops your mouth going too dry
• Great flavour apart from the rapeseed
• Love the crunch!

KONBU DASHI MISO SOUP with SILKEN TOFU & FRIED CHILLI TOFU with UDON NOODLES (Recipe ⬇️)

Traditionally you don’t add noodles or fried tofu.

So quick & easy, tasty & traditional.

SAUCEPAN
• 1 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
• 1 Tbsp Garlic (Crushed)
• 1 tsp Ginger (Crushed)
• 1/2 tsp Chilli Flake Paste
• 1 Tbsp Miso Paste (we used yellow)
• 1 Sheet Kombu Dashi (Cut)
• 1 tsp Rice Vinegar

LATER ADD
• 1 Block Silken Tofu (Chile into Squares)
• 1 Packet Fried Chilli Tofu
