Braved the weather for a wild walk today and came across the “koru”
How beautiful and elegant are these plants!?
The Koru (Maori for loop or coil) is a spiral shape based on the appearance of an unfurling silver fern frond and the inspiration for my logo and branding, it symbolises new life, growth, strength and peace...and the shape conveys the idea of perpetual movement.

Plastic Free gifting....loads of wonderful local alternatives to make a difference this year! Massage being one of them 😉....Spread a little happiness, be kind to our planet and give the gift of Massage this Christmas!

What a crazy world we live in where we have to throw the majority of the contents of a present that we buy for our children in the bin! 🤔 How is that OK? Or fair on the consumer? And even more so - how is that fair on the planet?

We are being constantly bombarded, especially at this time of the year with advertising for products the shops want us to buy. Products that you previously bought individually without all the packaging or products that you didn't realise that you needed! Companies spend millions on advertising and marketing each year to do just that, persuade you to buy, buy, buy no matter the environmental cost.

Any action that you take to reduce your plastic impact this Christmas will make a difference. Reducing what you buy, not buying products with excessive packaging, wrapping with plastic free alternatives or making what you give - they all make a difference.
