🚫 Missed Appointments in March – Please Help Us Help You 🚫
In March, 155 appointments were missed at North Road Suite — either adults not attending or children not being brought. That’s 36.1 hours of clinical time lost, which could have been used to care for other patients.
📢 Patients across the county regularly tell their GP how hard it is to get an appointment. We could see so many more people if everyone cancelled their appointment. Missed appointments take away vital time that could have gone to another patient who needs help.
We understand that emergencies happen. But if you can’t attend, please cancel online or call us on 01924 767101 (Option 2) to leave a message. Or ring our dedicated cancellation line on 01924 767098 and leave a message.
Every missed slot usually means another appointment must be made, adding strain to an already stretched NHS system.
🙏 Thank you for working with us to make sure care is available when it’s needed most.
