How many of you have a takeaway each week with the family? Have you thought about swapping that takeaway for our step 3 plan for the same cost? Below is some pictures of what step 3 can look like in a day, it is our 1200kcals a day plan.

Even though I put on a couple of pounds over indulging on the all inclusive on holiday, I'm still keeping around the same weight, I went straight back on plan and to the gym. I an now back from a lovely two weeks in Turkey! I have eaten way too much so I have gone straight back on plan before I lose focus. Today is a perfect day to turn the chocolate mint shake into a hot warm chocolate drink! If anyone would like more info regarding our plans then pop me a message.
