I would like to introduce myself. My name is Emma and I am the individual behind Hand in Hand. As mentioned I have over 30 years healthcare experience, mostly clinical with some administration. I also have personal experience in dealing with Mental Health issues and Neurodivergence. I have set up this business to provide care and support for individuals that would like a little support to remain independent.

Would you like someone to take you shopping or get shopping for you? Would you like someone to take you to appointments and stay with you? Would you like someone to take you out for a few hours or come and spend some time with you at home? I can come with you to medical appointments to ensure you understand what is being said and can liaise with your family members with your permission.

I am a member of the National Association of Care and Support workers through which I have public liability insurance. They also provide training to keep up to date with safeguarding, Health & Safety etc. I have a basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring service) with my enhanced applied for. I have business insurance on my car so I can take people out. I have a CV showing previous employment.
