Invitation to join our unique body/mind/health/life sessions at our inspirational space just outside Dingwall.
I'm Alice, a Chartered Physiotherapist and an Accredited Somatic Counseller. I know these enhance my life, so I can't wait to share them with you!
Somatic Circuits - 6 week course integrating many of the things we are told to do to keep body and mind healthy, but in an hours slot! Think muscle strengthening; heart exercising; resilience building; breathing practicing; mindfulness inspiring; nature connecting. Unpretentious & uniquely adaptable for a range of condition & life stages. Great if you want to feel stronger, fitter and clearer in mind. Open to all. Booking essential.

Mon 9:45am and Fri 9:45am from the w/c 27th October.
Mindfulness Yin Yoga. Do you need more mobility body and/or want to move away from living in autopilot? This potent combo of Yin Yoga (sustained stretches, all on the floor) & guided mindfulness meditation allows us to become more aware of ourselves & our bodies. Awesome to stretch out tight fascia & joints. Athletes, people over 30, & those recovering from injury/ill health can take particular advantage of this method (for slightly different reasons!).
Drop-in at 11am on Mondays (possible to do the Somatic Circuits first, then add on a deep stretch afterwards). You can book via the website, or just turn up. Class restart Mon 27th Oct.
Dynamic KITE Yoga - This used to be called yoga for adventure sports. It's for the active person (or those that want to be). It's lighthearted, with full body strengthening & stretching, breathing practices and guided meditation/relaxation. We also have a good amount of men who attend. I've been running this class for nearly 10 years and love how so many people speak of the benefit to their aches and pains and how it enhances their sports (awareness, speed, space, resilience, injury prevention).
Drop-in session, on a Weds evening at 6pm. Booking recommended, but you can often just turn up.
Resilience Lab: Strong Body, Strong Mind. I've teamed up with the amazing Louisa from Phlourish Physio in Dingwall. Practical, relevant, body mind 3hr lab! See next post for full details!
