A collection of some hard things I’ve been doing lately….

Long distance walks, pushing through discomfort, showing up when I feel tired and stepping outside my comfort zone more than ever.

And it’s made me realise something…we can do hard things.

Yoga has given me so much more than strength and flexibility. It’s taught me resilience, patience, and how to stay steady when things feel tough. To breathe through discomfort instead of running from it.

The practice doesn’t stay on the mat — it follows you into everyday life.

So if you’re going through something challenging right now, this is your reminder: you are stronger than you think 🤍

What a gorgeous morning yesterday we had

Thankyou so much to everyone who came to our yoga & soundbath event. From gentle stretches, incense & essential oil goodies, tarrot cards and sound healing, it was the perfect way to round off a weekend.

We are already in talks of doing another… and we cannot wait! 🤍✨🫶🏼

Hope everyone had a lovely bank holiday weekend! ☀️

I’ve just about recovered from my 36-mile Boudicca Way walk on Saturday… and honestly if you ever get the chance to do it, I highly recommend!! Such a stunning route from Diss to Norwich. Tough, but so so worth it 🤍

This month in class, we’ll be focusing on shoulders and the upper body. It’s such a great way to relieve tension, especially if you’re holding stress in your neck and shoulders, and we’ll really work into building strength and mobility through that area.

We’ll be using plenty of props too — straps, blocks, and bolsters, to support and deepen our practice.

FINAL SPACES REMAINING 🤍

For our event next Sunday - 10th May 10am - 12pm

Immerse yourself in a deeply nourishing morning of yin-style yoga followed by a soothing sound bath to calm the mind and reset the nervous system.

Expect slow, grounding movement, long-held stretches, and time to truly unwind… before melting into the healing vibrations of sound.

We’ll finish with homemade treats and refreshments to leave you feeling restored, rebalanced, and reconnected 🤍

As a student and as a teacher, these are the things yoga has given me:

a regulated nervous system,
the ability to slow down,
a stronger, more resilient body,
and a community built on connection, not comparison.

It’s given me space to breathe,
to feel,
to soften,
and to come back to myself… again and again.

And that will always be enough 🤍
