Cannot believe i’m saying this but there are 7 weeks left of yoga classes until we take our Christmas break!

Let’s finish 2025 strong — it’s time to lock in your classes and treat yourself to some mindful movement before the holidays.

November: Forward Folds 🧘‍♀️ — gentle inversions, releasing tension, and turning inward

December: Restorative 🌿 — gentle, grounding, and full of calm.

✨ November Theme: Forward Folds ✨

This month we’re folding inward — slowing down, softening, and creating space to breathe.
Forward folds calm the nervous system, lengthen the back body, and invite a sense of introspection. As the year winds down, they remind us that it’s okay to turn inward and rest.

Hey everyone 👋🏼

I’ve noticed lots of new faces both in class and online recently, so I thought it was about time I introduced myself again!

I’m Issy — I’ve been teaching yoga for just over two years now. I first fell in love with yoga a few years back when it helped me recover from a chronic illness. It had such a huge impact on my life that I knew one day I wanted to share that same feeling through my own classes.

I’m 25 and happily living the Norfolk countryside life. My partner and I rescued our gorgeous dog, Bella, a few years ago — she completely runs the show in our house! We’re also getting married next year, so if you’re a regular, you’ve probably heard all about the wedding planning chaos (because yoga teachers are totally zen all the time… right? 😅).

Outside of yoga, I’m a big wellness lover — trying new sports and getting outside for a long walk or run. But I’m all about balance — so you’ll just as likely find me at a bottomless brunch or catching up with my girls over a glass (or two) of wine! 🍷

When I’m not teaching yoga, I’m busy in my full-time job as a nursery teacher, running around after a bunch of 2–4-year-olds. It definitely keeps me on my toes — and makes my own yoga practice the perfect way to unwind.

I feel so grateful for the amazing little community we’ve built — seeing familiar faces every week and welcoming new ones truly means the world to me. Thank you for being a part of it 💛

🍁✨ Happy Autumn Equinox ✨🍁

Today marks the official first day of autumn — the point where day and night stand in perfect balance. A beautiful reminder to pause, reflect, and realign.

As the light shifts and evenings grow darker, it’s a chance to slow down, release what no longer serves us, and welcome the grounding energy of the new season.

This week in class I have a little suprise for you all……. (🕯️ 🕯️ 🕯️ ) We will be moving through twists and grounding postures to restore balance and create space for reflection.
