Lughnasadh (Lammas) blessings as we celebrating the turning of the wheel and the first harvest as we welcome August. A time to honour what is ripening in the earth and within ourselves, just as our ancestors did.

Within every harvest lies the seed of future growth. A gentle reminder that what we tend to now shapes what is yet to come.

Join us for a soulful day of rest, reflection, and reconnection in the nurturing White Thistle Yurt, Alva. Through breath, movement, meditation, sacred tea, crystals and sound, we’ll journey inward to meet the quiet voice of inner wisdom.

This retreat is open to all — no prior experience needed, just a willingness to slow down and tune in to the inner knowing of your soul.

Please arrive any time from 10:45am, ready to begin at 11:00am.
🧘‍♀️ Wear loose, comfortable clothing for ease of movement.
📝 Bring a bottle of water, and a journal or pen and paper.

A light lunch is included, please advise of any dietary requirements. We look forward to welcoming you with warm hearts.

I’m Louise Muirhead, a heart-led Holistic Counsellor & Wellbeing Practitioner based in Dollar, Scotland.

At Wholeness Within, I offer a person-centred approach to psychospiritual counselling, sound healing, and energy work that honours your inner wisdom and life’s sacred unfolding.

Whether you're navigating loss, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or seeking deeper spiritual connection, you are held with compassion, presence, and care. Together, we gently explore the path back to balance, meaning, and wholeness.

As well as one-to-one sessions, I offer group sound baths, holistic workshops, and retreat facilitation—bringing these offerings into community spaces and workplace settings to nurture wellbeing.

Sessions are available both in person and online.
Sliding scale fees are available for students and low incomes.
