🚨🚨UPDATE & OFFER🚨🚨 Not been very pro active on here recently with lockdown etc.. So here’s an update 🙈...

I’m now fully open since the lockdown has eased and based at my new place at The Unit MMA gym in Rossington. Things are going fab and a huge thanks to all the guys and girls at The Unit for making me feel so welcome and part of the MMA family.🙌🙌

From the 24th of May I’m heading Upto Scotland to start my big challenge for Dementia uk to run the length of the uk, if anyone wants to drop a few pounds on my just giving page 😉,
So I won’t be taking bookings from the 22nd May until the 1st of July. I’m booking up fast, so any niggles, injuries etc please get in touch and I will get you booked in before I go. Also please give me a follow on my personal Facebook and Instagram page to follow my progress on the run.🏃‍♀️🇬🇧

2 DAYS TO GO TO FIGHT NIGHT 😬

I have been looking after this legend of a guy and top talent since I started my new venture at the gym in February. I have been supporting Warren with looking after his body and keeping him in good condition in the build up to his big fight. This is just a really small part of the support he has had from the rest of the team and the hard work and discipline Warren has put in for his fight. Before starting at the gym I never really knew much about MMA. But getting to know Warren Tank Mason and all those at The Unit MMA and other fighters I have met, all I can say is wow just wow! Total respect for the hard work and dedication you all put into your sport, its mega! The training is another level 👌💪🔥 please show your support for Warren and all the other fighters competing by giving the caged steel event a watch on Saturday night (12th April) it’s only £10 on pay per view. follow the link to watch.
