Hey ladies and gents;

First pic is from my recent challenge, the tag along is a good friend Andrew Knightson who supported me come rain or shine. Why did he do this because his lovely partner Jody beat cervical cancer and one of my charities supported them during her treatments

Second pic Jodi, who has beat cancer twice and had the heartbreaking news last week that they believe it has returned. We are all behind her to beat it again but we need your help.

I will be holding a raffle to raise funds to go a little of the way towards travel and other costs during Jody’s treatment in London. I will be offering to lucky winners a 30 minute sports or relaxing massage. It is £5 per number, numbers 1-50. This will be drawn as soon as full and payments received VH Sports Massage Therapist

🚨🚨UPDATE & OFFER🚨🚨 Not been very pro active on here recently with lockdown etc.. So here’s an update 🙈...

I’m now fully open since the lockdown has eased and based at my new place at The Unit MMA gym in Rossington. Things are going fab and a huge thanks to all the guys and girls at The Unit for making me feel so welcome and part of the MMA family.🙌🙌

From the 24th of May I’m heading Upto Scotland to start my big challenge for Dementia uk to run the length of the uk, if anyone wants to drop a few pounds on my just giving page 😉,
So I won’t be taking bookings from the 22nd May until the 1st of July. I’m booking up fast, so any niggles, injuries etc please get in touch and I will get you booked in before I go. Also please give me a follow on my personal Facebook and Instagram page to follow my progress on the run.🏃‍♀️🇬🇧

2 DAYS TO GO TO FIGHT NIGHT 😬

I have been looking after this legend of a guy and top talent since I started my new venture at the gym in February. I have been supporting Warren with looking after his body and keeping him in good condition in the build up to his big fight. This is just a really small part of the support he has had from the rest of the team and the hard work and discipline Warren has put in for his fight. Before starting at the gym I never really knew much about MMA. But getting to know Warren Tank Mason and all those at The Unit MMA and other fighters I have met, all I can say is wow just wow! Total respect for the hard work and dedication you all put into your sport, its mega! We are extremely happy to have Jack part of the team. Jack is only 17 years old and has already experienced top level opponents at high level competitions/events. Jack is described by his team mates and head coach as always being the hardest worker in the room.

Jack trains at the well known The Unit MMA Gym in Doncaster. He is overseen by the very popular and well esteemed

His current amateur record is 5-4, he is currently part of the English Cadet MMA team who fought in Rome in the 1st ever IMMAF Youth World Championships, where Jack secured a win over Czech Republic.

He also won a gold medal at Empire Grappling Championships in February 2020.

Jack has huge potential of reaching the very top and we are so happy to be part of his process.

Really happy to be teaming up with The Unit MMA and supporting the brilliant talent that is Warren Tank Mason as he prepares for the Cage steel fighting championship on April the 10th. It will be a behind closed doors event, with no spectators attending the event. So that will be a new experience for a lot of the fighters. I can’t wait to work with and be part of the team that supports Warren for the next 6 weeks on his preparation for the big fight and a big win 💪💪👊👊
