North Doncaster Primary Care Network – Extended Access Appointments

These additional appointments outside the core surgery hours are delivered by a range of healthcare professionals, including GPs, Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists, ANPs and Physiotherapists.

Appointment availability includes select early mornings, evenings and Saturdays (Physio only).

👥📲Appointments are offered as a suitable mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations.
⌚If you need an appointment outside of usual opening hours e.g. before or after work or school, please speak to your Reception Team to check availability.
👀 57 of these out of core hour appointments were missed in December. It is important to tell your Reception staff as soon as possible if you can't attend so the appointment can be offered to someone who may need it!
📲 If you are expecting a telephone call from the surgery, please make sure you have your phone with you and the sound on🔊

Medication advice – our practice pharmacist will be available to answer your queries, review prescriptions, and provide guidance.
