🌟 We’re Hiring – Practice Care Coordinator / Administrator 🌟

Park View Surgery & The Nayar Practice are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Care Coordinator/Administrator to join our supportive team across Edlington & Sprotbrough.

This is a key front-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, helping ensure a smooth, efficient and welcoming service every day.

✨ What the role involves:

Welcoming patients and visitors at reception
Booking and managing appointments
Care navigation and signposting patients to the right services
Handling telephone, face-to-face and email enquiries
Supporting day-to-day clinical administration
Inputting data accurately onto clinical systems
Working closely with wider healthcare teams

We’re looking for someone with:

Excellent communication and IT skills
A calm, caring and professional approach
Strong organisational abilities
Experience working with the public (GP practice experience desirable)

📍 Based across Park View Surgery (rated Outstanding) and The Nayar Practice (CQC Good)
📅 Closing date: 21 May 2026
