🚨 HCID Training Success at DBTH Montagu Clinical Simulation Centre 🌍

We are incredibly proud to be playing a vital role in delivering High Consequence Infectious Disease (HCID) training and education- supporting frontline staff in the early assessment and safe management of patients with suspected HCID.

This nationally recognised developed training is the result of collaboration between expert clinicians from the UK Airborne & Contact HCID Networks and the Health and Safety Executive—and we’re honoured to be part of its delivery.

🦠 Simulation-based learning is at the heart of preparing teams for rare but high-risk scenarios.

We have this week definitely taken DBTH Montagu Clinical Simulation Centre global ✈️

We have had learners that have travelled from Lisbon Portugal today to attend and Malta earlier in the week!

👏 Thank you to our dedicated faculty, visiting learners, and all those who continue to prioritise patient and staff safety through high-quality training.

Today, we’re especially thrilled to celebrate a major milestone: our furthest learners yet have travelled from Malta 🇲🇹 to attend this essential training—possibly the furthest in the simulation centre’s 20-year history!
