The end of a very very funfilled & happy era with my House Of Rose & Co. Family 🌹 ♥️

In May I purchased my own premises, and from this week on all of my services will be offered from my Norton based clinic 🏡

Let’s talk noses ! Non surgical rhinoplasty…… 🤔

Noses ! 👃 There complex & If you’ve attended my clinic you’ll have heard me talk about the junction of anastomosis in the tip that exists!

You’ll see me examine your nose from all angles !!! Pressing here and there , using a light in every angle, pulsating your arteries, pinching and obstructing vascular flow - this is all to ensure we work safely!

Here’s why 📕

The vascular arterial anatomy of the nose is intricate, reflecting the organ's functional demands for olfaction, respiration, and thermoregulation, as well as its importance in terms of aesthetics.

Understanding this anatomy is paramount, particularly for medical professionals engaged in procedures such as rhinoplasty, including both surgical and non-surgical interventions.

Here, we provide a detailed overview of the vascular supply to the nose.

Arterial Supply
The arterial supply to the nose primarily arises from the external carotid artery, though contributions from the internal carotid artery also play a role. The key arteries involved include:

1. Facial Artery: A branch of the external carotid artery, the facial artery gives rise to the superior labial artery, which supplies the anterior portion of the nasal vestibule and the columella.

2. Maxillary Artery: Another branch of the external carotid artery, the maxillary artery contributes via the sphenopalatine artery and the infraorbital artery. The sphenopalatine artery is particularly significant as it supplies a major portion of the nasal cavity, including the lateral nasal walls and the nasal septum.

3. Ophthalmic Artery: A branch of the internal carotid artery, the ophthalmic artery gives rise to the ethmoidal arteries, which supply the superior and medial nasal structures, including the ethmoid air cells.

4. Dorsal Nasal Artery: This artery arises from the ophthalmic artery and supplies the dorsal aspect of the nose. Notably, it is often used as a landmark in aesthetic procedures

5. Angular Artery: A continuation of the facial artery, the angular artery supplies the skin and mucous membranes of the nasal tip and side.

The intricate network formed by these arterial branches ensures a rich vascular supply, with considerable anastomoses between the arteries.

🛑 If you attend a clinic where they pump filler in your nose to make it straight or pixie tipped and too much volume added , then expect migration and problems . ❌

Patients often attend my clinic to rectify others work, but unfortunately I refuse to work over another’s product .
