Thanks to everyone who came to classes this week πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈπŸ™ Just a reminder there's no class on Monday 4th May as it's Bank Holiday. Classes at Hatfield Community Library are on as normal Tuesday and Wednesday:-

The full moon (look up for this week’s Pink Moon) is often linked to a peak in energy. Some people feel: more alert, more restless and/or more emotionally aware. With yoga, you have the tools to balance intensity with steadiness.

Practices to try:
Forward bends (standing or sitting on a chair, breathe deeply into the back of your lungs)
Longer-held poses (Yin-style stretches sitting or lying on the floor)
Simple breathing (gradually progress to a longer exhale than inhale)

These gentle practices help settle the system rather than stimulate it further. You don’t need a full routine; just a few minutes can help take the edge off that β€œtoo much” feeling.
