Thank you to everyone who joined me for last night’s sound bath 🤍✨

There’s something so special about watching a room slowly soften… shoulders drop, breathing deepen, nervous systems begin to settle.

Last night the thunder box brought such a powerful energy to the space — deep grounding vibrations that felt like a storm rolling through before calm returns 🌩️

Thank you for allowing yourselves the space to pause, rest, release, and receive. These evenings truly are one of my favourite monthly rituals.

✨ Little life update ✨

From Thursday 7th, I’ll be away for a week heading to Alicante for a yoga retreat — and becoming a student again for a little while 🧘‍♀️☀️

I’m really looking forward to taking a step back, learning more, slowing down, and filling my own cup a little too.

Because of this, there will be no classes during that week, with classes starting back on Friday 15th 💛
