The use of Crystals in Reiki healing, treatment spaces the home & even in products such as sprays, aromatherapy blends and candles is becoming increasingly popular.
The energetic vibrations from them can help promote calm and a sense of peace depending on the crystals in use, in this example you could use celestite, opal, and rainbow fluorite.
I personally have pieces of rose quartz in my treatment spaces to enhance the comforting energy and encourage self love - seeing ourselves with compassion to not be so harsh on ourselves. 💚

Good morning!
I am beyond excited to try this Cacao essential oil, it smells divine, rich and deeply chocolatey.
Cacao is known to open the bodies chakras specifically the heart chakra, to promote healing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, and can benefit the cardiovascular system by
helping lower blood pressure, improve blood flow to your brain and heart, due to the theobromine content much like ceremonial Cacao.
Further benefits to this heavenly smelling oil, it is excellent for uplifting, de stressing the mind and soul with its comforting aroma while also providing a balanced energy boost. The aroma of Cacao can also lean in to inspiring one’s creativity.
Cacao is also valuable for nourishing our skin, hair and nails.
I will currently be blending this into a luxurious facial oil to be used in treatments.
