👉In reflexology the whole body is mapped out on your feet. The oesophagus is part of the alimentary canal which connects the throat to the stomach (part of the digestive system), it is a muscular tube lined with mucous membrane.

👉Stroking down this area on both feet can be effective for calming discomfort from reflux, this occurs when acid from the stomach travels back up the oesophagus.
