As you will know I have worked with clay with a long time now and the main reason I've been drawn to it is the way it makes me feel. Moulding and sculpting is a full sensory experience. The squeezing and pressing to shape it allows you to alleviate tension. The possibilities are endless and tap into your imagination. And best of all it's not permanent - squashing it can be very liberating 🥰

MUSIC THERAPY

This is one of my favourite therapies and so easily available to all of us.

🎷Music speaks directly to our body and mind and can alter our mood and mindset in seconds. 🥁

The power of the creative arts to tap into our inner self is amazing, I can vouch for this!

Over the next week I will be sharing the benefits of some of these amazing therapies. ❤️

None of these techniques are new, they have been used by people all over the world for hundreds of years. Their healing power however, has been forgotten by modern society and yet they are needed now more than ever. 💖
