I've been through my fair share of s**t in life,💩 as we all have.
I've pulled myself through the darkness so many times, often I've not wanted to continue. I've wanted to swap places with my late mum many, many times. These feelings were often and overwhelmingly hopeless.

Then I found reiki, meditation, connecting with nature and sound baths, which have all played a huge part in saving my life. Recieving continued reiki in particular made a huge difference. It lifted and released my emotions so i could move forward with ease.
I still have regular reiki sessions myself to keep as balanced as i can through life's hurdles.

I share this because I want all of those who follow me to know why i started my reiki journey and why I'm so passionate about sharing my newly learned healing skills.

Life's tough, my friends, it's a journey for sure!

This is me in the moment soaking up nature in it's element ☀️ I needed this because I was going through what I would call dark patch. When all my emotions are strong and display in various ways, both good and bad. Snappy, insecure, anxious, angry, weepy, overwhelmed, and that seems calm just typing it.

Although I am typing this now I am still yet to emerge in clarity. But I will.
The truth is many of us go through these waves in life, they never stop. It is our awareness of it and how we react that will develop our strength and perspective.

Wow wow, Charlotte and Kat have real skills making me relax so much, I had a journey in mediation 🥰 I released emotions that I no longer needed 😭 and I feel so much lighter and grateful🌟 💪🙏 my heart is so full, thank you goddesses 🙏❤️
