Your body remembers every stress you don’t release.
But it also remembers every moment you choose to breathe.

Chronic stress builds up quietly…
in your muscles, your digestion, your sleep, your mood.
It makes the mind race and the body tense.
But your breath is always here — ready to guide you back.

✨ Try this now:
Place one hand on your chest, one on your belly.
Inhale softly through the nose…
Exhale fully through the mouth…
Let the shoulders drop.
Tell your body: “You are safe. You can relax now.”

Just 5 minutes of mindful breathing can calm your nervous system, lower stress, and help you return to yourself.
And the more you practice, the easier it becomes.

😒Short-term stress is natural.
But when stress never ends, your nervous system stays on high alert… heart racing, muscles tight, breath shallow.
This is 😖chronic stress, and it quietly drains your energy, sleep, joy and health.

📈And it’s so common.
In the UK:
• 74% of adults felt so stressed this year they were overwhelmed or unable to cope.
• 1 in 9 people feel stressed every single day.
• 35% live with stress “always or often.”

Chronic stress often shows up as:
• Tight shoulders / jaw / chest
• Shallow breathing
• Trouble sleeping
• Feeling mentally overloaded
• Being irritable, anxious or exhausted
• Digestive issues + headaches

✨But your breath is medicine.
😮‍💨Studies show that just 5–10 minutes of slow, conscious breathing can:
