Hi Everyone 😊

For those who don’t know me, I’m Sarah and I run Achieve Nutrition, Balby, Doncaster.

During March I’ve got a few spaces available for free wellness evaluations and body scans for anyone local who is serious about making long term changes to their health and wellbeing.

It’s a relaxed chat about your nutrition and goals, followed by a body composition scan which looks at things like body fat, visceral fat, metabolic age, hydration levels and bone mass.

Many find it really interesting because it gives a bit of insight into what’s actually going on inside the body — and metabolic age in particular often surprises people.

Tracey came to us with one simple goal…

Paula came into club after a hip replacement, with reduced mobility, low confidence, and needing balanced nutrition at regular intervals to properly fuel her body correctly!

WOW! 🤩

Today she walked into club without her stick — absolutely glowing, almost bouncing through the door! 💃

How do you take a compliment? 🤍

Be honest…
If someone says “You look nice today”, how often is the automatic reply:

👉 “Oh this old thing?”
👉 “It was a bargain!”
👉 “I’ve had this for years!”

The moment we do that, we bat the compliment away.
We don’t accept it.
We downplay ourselves without even realising.
So here’s the little challenge 👇

The next time someone says something nice about you…
Just say THANK YOU.
That’s it. No excuse. No deflection. No explanation.
Saying thank you means you accept the compliment.

You might not fully believe it yet — and that’s okay — but accepting it is the first step towards believing it.

And once you believe it?
No one can stop you ✨
