It’s not about just riding a bike……. 🚴‍♂️

it’s about building a relationship with the child
them respecting you and
trusting you
helping them fell confident in talking to you
Balance And coordination
Focusing
feeling safe and happy
Having fun
building my strength

when all these things are in place we will then have a really good little cyclist for some children. This happens straight away in one session for some children. It’s 2 sessions for some children they come for weeks or months
but it really doesn’t matter as long as they’re having fun they enjoy coming they all get it in the end if they’ve got a supportive teacher and supportive parents 🥰 bike session

Being a parent is the hardest job in the world. Make sure you sign up to Baby group starting in September it will be the best thing you’ve ever done. Your Baby will never remember the classes but Mums will remember the support. 🥰

When purchasing a bike
It is super important That you choose a lightweight bike some bikes are heavier than The child riding the bike you've got to ask yourself a question "would you buy a car without power steering? "
Don't give your child the choice of what type of bike they would like because of course they want a Disney princess one with the baby seat on the back all looks like a fire engine
Just buy them some stickers with Disney princesses are fire engines on
Remember riding a bike is a skill for life and will outgrow the princess and superhero stage
Set the light weight bike may be a little bit more expensive but the salon factor when you finished with it it just hold its value or there is an amazing bike scheme where you can lease hire the bikes
