🎉 Positive Vibe Tribe is turning ONE! 🎉

One year ago, I started Positive Vibe Tribe with a big heart and a mission: to help children feel calmer, more confident, and emotionally connected through creativity and mindfulness 💫💜

Since then, we’ve had a whole year of magical moments – from mindful crafts and soothing stories to calming meditations – and I’m so proud of every child who’s been part of our little tribe 💛

🌈✨ Magnetic Emotions – Positive Vibe Tribe Magic! ✨🌈

Today at Positive Vibe Tribe, we explored our emotions through movement, colour, creativity — and the power of our imaginations 💛

🧲 The children built their own Magnetic Emotions using colourful magnetic pieces — shaping their feelings into wild creatures, tall towers, and thoughtful designs. We gave our emotions names like “Wiggly Worry” and “Joy Jumper” and talked about what helps those feelings grow or shrink 🌟

🎧 We also listened to our brand new Emotional Regulation Creative Visualisation, and the children gave amazing feedback!
They described how they visualised their emotions in their bodies — from tornados 🌪️ to squidgy blobs — and came up with incredibly creative ways to shrink big feelings using breath, colour, and kindness. I’m honestly so proud of them 🥹💖

🎨 We ended with our magical rainbow parachute for the Feelings Flow game — lifting it gently for calm, shaking it for excitement, and letting go to release what we didn’t need anymore 🪂

💬 Every emotion is welcome here — and today we celebrated them all with curiosity, compassion, and a whole lot of fun 🥰
