✨ A LITTLE CLIENT LOVE… AND SOME HONEST ADVICE ✨
Lately I’ve been hearing the same thing from so many of you…

And honestly, I absolutely love hearing that 🤍
There’s nothing better than seeing someone walk in feeling tense, stressed, or in pain… and leave feeling like a completely different person.
I’ve had clients tell me they’re sleeping better, moving easier, and just feeling more like themselves again… and that’s exactly why I do what I do 💆♀️✨
But here’s the real talk…
A lot of you come to me when you’re already in serious pain, I help you feel amazing… and then I don’t see you again for months… until you’re back in that same painful place 😩

If I was a money grabber, I’d tell you to come every single week and take your money 😂
But that’s just not me.
What I actually advise is what’s right for you and your body:
✨ Weekly / Fortnightly – if you struggle with tension, pain, or have a physical job
✨ Every 2–3 weeks – to stay on top of things and stop issues building up
✨ Every 4 weeks – for general maintenance and relaxation
