From 1 st June a couple of key changes are coming in.

We are rebranding with fresh internal signage , new revised website and other digital projects soon to be revealed.

BodyAdvance is now 11 years old and a new image was definitely needed.

Secondly and very important

Clinic hours are changing to ensure best practice to clients and all times. Working ridiculous hours is no longer part of my clinic profile as it poses major lifestyle and health challenges.

These new hours not only accommodate the requirement but now mean downtime for admin and clinic room cleardown.

New hours

2 long days

Monday and Tuesday. 9am to 9pm

Wed , Thurs Friday. 10am to 6pm
Sat. 10am to 4pm.

All these appointments are bookable online.

Any contact after these hours will be responded to the following day. Wherever possible contact during the day will be responded to in order in which it comes in.

Efficiency in a clinic environment is key and during clinic hours , I am treating patients so please drop me a message and not repeat call.

I have therefore opened up Sunday appointments all day for anyone who requires being seen

I have 3 spaces to work exclusively with. Liposuction only clients from Monday 18th May.

If you are returning from Liposuction surgery and are wanting help with recovering please book a short treatment block to start within days of your surgery or landing from an overseas clinic.
Please note , I am not taking any tummy tuck clients on at the minute due to sheer numbers of complex cases.

Please see a recent blog post aimed at you guys. Over this last few weeks I’ve seen a fair amount of pre tapering injuries occurring after that last long run.

Hip injuries
Patella pain syndrome
Subluxed peroneal tendon
ITB syndrome

One of the key mistakes I’ve seen over this time is incorrect timed massage , incorrect timed icing , lack of pre run techniques and ill advised recovery post run.

Well March has just been one that has been very stressful and has at times tested me.

Having a clutch go on me in rush hour traffic , car being condemned and right in the middle of a very expensive house move 5 months earlier than anticipated.

New apartment and new flat and closer to work. All with a busy work diary.

That said I am now free to take on two further post operative lymphatic drainage patients.

If you’ve had surgery this last couple of weeks or indeed are due to go in ,I can now see you from. End of March throughout April and early May.

An initial 4 session protocol is required with full consultation. This can be booked online 🙏

Following an incredibly stressful week of clutch going on my car on Wheatley hall road and two intense weeks of house move. I’m currently taking a 2 day break from clinic.

Back Saturday and working my birthday Sunday.

Amazing to have yet another lovely calm client in post surgery. Text book , got In touch with Me before she went and booked in over 7 weeks advance .

Followed my advice and had her session with me this evening.

Nice easygoing matter of fact client taking her recovery seriously.

This job is not easy, but when you have clients like this , it makes for a good session.

I have space to work with a few more clients post surgery.
