So after yesterday’s long trip to the game reserve , there followed a super long sleep.

A great breakfast of tropical fruit , bacon eggs beans and toast followed
Long spel of pool action and a chill at a local beach bar. This is a total reset and much needed to craft the year ahead.

The Kenyan people are fantastic and this beach is something else.

First day in Diani. Kenya. After arriving 630 am and taking a driver to this house ? Had a blast of the a day

Hit the beach , went to the main town , made friends with 5 dogs , a tuk tuk driver called Shala and a beach guide called Alex.

All in all a nice first day.

That’s a wrap folks

I have opened up a few emergency appointments for book online only for any current or new patients to have a treatment with me.

Then it’s off to London for Mondays flight to Mombasa and 10 days of rest and thinking time.

This is learned behaviour folks. What may feel good at the time isn’t the answer

Strengthening musculature around your shoulder blades , reducing tension in your pecs and improving spinal extension and rotation is.
