Hi mums! I’m excited to welcome you and your little ones to my next 5-week Mum & Baby Yoga course, starting Wednesday 14th January at 10:00–10:45am at Yoga at Taylor Place in Dorking (RH4 1GS, near the Esso garage).

This course is perfect for babies from 6 weeks up to actively crawling on all fours (or from 10 weeks if you’ve had an abdominal or assisted birth). Absolutely no yoga experience needed!

💛 What you can expect:
✨ Postnatal yoga to gently rebuild strength, ease aches and release stress
✨ Baby yoga and sensory play to support development, digestion, sleep and bonding
✨ Time to connect with other local mums in a friendly, supportive space
✨ Tea & treats after each class (always a favourite!)

🎁 What’s included:
✨ Mats & props provided
✨ Live streaming option if you miss a session in person
✨ Pre-recorded baby & postnatal yoga videos to practise at home
✨ WhatsApp group to keep in touch and arrange meet-ups

Rebecca will host a gentle session exploring the emotional shift into motherhood, including confidence, identity, mindset and simple ways to feel grounded during this life changing transition. Thank you for sharing such a huge wealth of knowledge during your Q&A with us at Pregnancy Yoga, including a ton of tips on how Chiropractic Care can support you, your body and your baby during Pregnancy and beyond. Jess brought in some anatomical models such as the spine, the pelvis and the skull to bring to life how chiropractic care can make a difference to wellbeing during this beautiful time in life. 🌿 Our Yoga and Meditation community has grown! It started off with just Kasia and I (Saara) and we’ve gone from just two teachers to six — all bringing their own unique styles, energy and expertise to our shared studio space in Dorking.

Each teacher runs their own classes here sharing what they love most about yoga and meditation — from nurturing pregnancy & postnatal yoga to uplifting mum & baby classes, soothing and gentle Hatha flows to energising Ashtanga-inspired practices - plus calming meditation and mindfulness, there’s something for every body Monday to Friday - keep an eye out for workshops on the weekends too!

Each session reminds me what a privilege it is to witness this journey and what an honour it is to hold this space — to move, breathe, laugh, and prepare together for the beautiful changes ahead.
