YARROW AND CALENDULA TEA ✨🌿
These herbs all benefit the female body. Yarrow and calendula relieve blood and energy stagnation in the abdomen and improve blood circulation to the womb.
Vervain invigorates the liver, releases tension, and relaxes the mind. Lady’s mantle, an astringent, relieves congestion through urination. Raspberry leaf will help to relieve period pains.

🌙✨• Step-by-Step Ritual:

1. Cleanse the Space Light the candle. As it burns, visualize it clearing the energy in your space. You can also use incense or sound.

1. Brew the Tea While the tea steeps, infuse it with intention. Stir clockwise while thinking or whispering what you’re calling into your life love, peace, clarity, ✨🌿

3. Moonlight Connection
If possible, do this under the actual full moon or near a window where the
moonlight can reach you.

4. Sip and Reflect As you drink the tea, focus on your breath. Let each sip calm you. Hold your intention in your heart.

1. Write Your Intention Journal or write a few words about what you’re releasing and what you’re welcoming. The full moon is perfect for letting go and manifesting.

6. Close the Ritual
Blow out the candle while giving thanks.
Let any leftover tea be poured back into the earth. ✨🌿🌙

Chamomile.

Hi guys, I’m Ashleigh mum of 3 and face behind herbal moon.
Herbal moon was created out of the love of the Moon and how the body flows like the ocean and how we can cooperate essential oils into our day day life.

We are going to be changing are wooden wicks, the new S Wood wick is self trimming and doesn’t require any care during and after burn.
The S shape creates a dancing subtle flame and gives off a slight crackle noise whilst being enjoyed.
