Blue Monday, often referred to as the saddest day of the year, usually falls on the third Monday in January and is said to bring a mix of post-holiday blues, gloomy weather, and the weight of New Year's resolutions unfulfilled. While it’s easy to feel like something is wrong, it's important to remember that it's perfectly okay to not feel okay. Emotions ebb and flow, and taking care of your mental health is a priority.
