So before Christmas we had these delicious new additions to our product range. All of which have been a real hit with clients. The Birthday Cake bar is obviously to celebrate 40 years of The 1:1 Diet but it also hits all the sweet tooth, jammy loveliness spots that it’s hard to believe it’s packed with one third of your daily recommended vitamins and minerals!

Not too sure if I even realise how far I’ve come .. it’s only when I look at pictures!

My 5 ‘OH MY GOODNESS’ moments when I lost 9.8 stone …

✨ I dropped 5 knicker sizes 🫣😅
✨ I went to Disneyland and could fit on the rides!
✨ My engagement ring is now too big rather then too small!
✨ My kids put their arms all the way around me for cuddles and even lift me up 😳🤭

✨✨ I STOPPED weighing myself everyday! ✨✨

Did you know you can freeze our Smoothies to make deliciously refreshing ice cream?! Simply, make your Smoothie, pour it into a tub and freeze for a minimum of 6-8 hours, then enjoy within 24 hours 😊

We have four tasty flavours:

🍏 Blackcurrant & Apple

NB The Shake 'N' Go products can’t be frozen in their packaging (i.e the outer tetra packaging with the lid) because they might split or burst. It’s best to pour into a mould or container before placing in the freezer.
We advise to consume the frozen Smoothies, Shakes, or Shake 'N' Go's within 24 hrs of placing in the freezer.
If these frozen products melt, there's a good chance they won't have their usual texture – so advise dieters to eat them quickly.
