What a truly gorgeous Wintering Day Retreat at 🤍
A day created for deep rest, nervous system nourishment and gentle reconnection.
We shared mindfulness practices led so beautifully by Space Mindfulness — including walking meditation, Tai Chi and a deeply grounding full body scan. I guided feel-good Pilates to support posture, neuromuscular flexibility (the neuroscience of flexibility ✨), and a sensory-deprivation yoga session to help everyone turn inward and truly switch off.
Add nourishing food, meaningful conversations, soft laughter and the most wonderful group of humans — and it became a day we’ll hold close for a long time.
