Introducing a new breath control method I’ve been quietly developing for my Pilates & Yoga clients.
Simple. Effective. Slightly louder than expected.
Yoga? Pilates? Reformer? Overrated. Kazooformer? Elite!
Warning: if your kazoo goes silent mid-flow, your diaphragm has emotionally checked out.
Bring your own kazoo if possible. Limited kazoos available, but you don't really want the communal one....especially after my pelvic floor class.
