Cupping is an alternative therapy where cups, often made of glass or silicone, are placed on the skin to create suction.

This suction pulls the skin and superficial muscle layer upward, increasing blood flow to this area.

This treatment is believed to promote healing by relieving muscle tension, improving circulation, and aiding in relaxation.

Whilst this treatment looks painful, it is actually very relaxing. Believe it or not, when I was on my training for this, I fell asleep when having the treatment done to me! 😆

Taking a short break can refresh your mind and help with productivity.
