Working with Tibetan bowls, Crystal singing bowls and Biosonic Tuning Forks we will learn simple and effective techniques to restore and maintain better health and wellbeing.

C & G Pythagorean tuning forks are part of the Fibonacci Series which is the blue print/geometry of nature itself .
Our bodies are built from these geometries also.
Sound intervals create sonic fields upon which structure can form like , a new foetus growing, an ears shape, a fern uncurling, or a shell forming.

Listening to this sound interval helps to remind our bodies of this wellness pattern 🙂🎶

What a truly beautiful evening we shared at B*H with the wonderful Linda Love, who facilitated a deeply nurturing Louise Hay – Be Kind to Your Mind workshop.

The space was filled with warmth, reflection, and heartfelt connection as Linda gently guided us through the powerful teachings of Louise Hay. Together we explored the importance of self-compassion, positive affirmations, and the way our thoughts shape the way we experience ourselves and the world around us.

There was something very special about coming together in community, taking time to pause, reflect, and remember the importance of speaking to ourselves with kindness and love. Many left feeling lighter, uplifted, and inspired to continue practising these gentle but powerful tools in daily life.

A huge thank you to Linda for holding such a supportive and empowering space, and to everyone who joined us and made the evening so meaningful.

Sometimes the most important words we can hear are the ones we say to ourselves. 💛✨

Soundbaths and Workshops

I am pleased to be offering two Soundbath sessions on the last Sunday of every month;
2pm and 4pm.

My Soundbaths are held in a warm, welcoming and safe space in the Centre of Bridport.
For an hour you are invited to lie down, cover yourself in a blanket and allow the beautiful and relaxing sounds of singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, drum and percussion to immerse your body / mind and wash away the stresses and strains of life leaving you refreshed and re balanced.
This is the synergy of deeper relaxation and healing or to Make Whole.

WORKSHOPS
If you are more interested in learning how to use Sound Healing for yourself or to help others join me in one of my Day Workshops suitable for anyone new to Sound Healing or if you would like to add a new skill to your existing practice

You will learn to :

Use Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tuning forks for relaxation and healing;

The use of additional instruments to integrate and ground the sound frequencies;

Gain a good understanding of our subtle energy anatomy and how to interact and balance it;

Understand brainwaves, the relaxation response, frequencies and how the body utilises harmonic sound

Scan someone's energy system with sound;

Diagnose where the energy system is blocked;

Learn techniques to restore energy flow back to the system;
Grounding and integration

Confidence in the practice of Sound Healing;
A helpful manual is provided to support your learning.
