A really cool tool which every woman needs to be using

What is your basal body temp?

This is your internal body temp. For women, this will fluctuate according to your menstrual cycle - your temperature will be lower during the first half of your cycle and higher in the second half

What causes the rise in BBT?

Ovulation

So measuring your BBT is a one of the key tools for determining whether you are regularly ovulating which is necessary for progesterone to be produced - a hormone responsible for fertility, bone health, skin health, heart hearth and mental health

You can tell a lot about your hormone and overall health through a simple practise which takes 30 seconds in the morning and this is always the first step I guide clients through when we work together, as a way to gain data from your body and identify where imbalances may be lying
