Not every wellness trend you see on social media is made with women in mind 💭
So many of the trends we see are built around doing more, hustling more, putting more and more pressure on yourself and that is the total opposite for what your hormones need to thrive
I have been there and still most days need to remind myself that having an extensive morning routine and optimising the s**t out of every aspect of my life is what I need
What your hormones actually want is softness, slowness & safety and actually doing my morning pages and having some breakfast is enough
